Saying that, we obviously can't guarantee that delivery will go without a hitch every single time, but we can guarantee that if your precious parcel is lost, damaged or delayed & defrosted on arrival, then we'll provide you with a replacement or equivalent refund as soon as we can.
We also always ask you order in advance, so we have a chance to put things right if we have to...and we always will. We promise. x
Packaging
We've developed our packaging to keep your dim sum frozen and safe in transit for a minimum of 48 hours.
Meaning we can deliver almost anywhere in the UK through DPD next day delivery service.
We aim to keep our packaging down to a minimum as much as we possibly can, so unless requested otherwise, we will put your entire order into one box.
Delivery Days
We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays where available.
And whats great for you guys, is that your dim sum is easily stored in the freezer until you’re ready to tuck in…on any day of the week! So just order when the feeling takes you..it'll keep!
Courier Partner
We've been working with DPD for 5 years now, and while of course, they're affected by the occasional broken down van or closed motorway, their delivery rate is the best in the country (barr the Bezos machine itself!)
To date, we have over a 97.8% delivery rate - which is actually pretty incredible.

Delivery is between 8am-8pm on your chosen day, but we do offer a priority service option before 1pm for select locations.
On your delivery day, you'll recive a text or email with a more refined time slot.
If you’re not in when the driver comes, they’ll leave it on the doorstep or in a safe place, so no need to worry too much about it.
You'll be surprised where we can get to...but just pop your postcode in the search bar at the cart page to check before you've filled your basket too full!
You may be in an area where we're only able to offer a 48 hour service, in which case, we'll double up the ice to keep your order safe for 72 hours...we've really thought of everything!
Everything arrives frozen and carefully packed for delivery nationwide, along with full cooking instructions.
Pop it straight into the freezer when it arrives, then, when you're ready for your Ding Dong night, you just steam and serve.
