We wish we didn't have to charge you for this option - we love what you stand for and aboslutely want to support it (hence offering this as an option!) But the reality is that denim does not work as well at insulating our precious dim sum. It's more expensive to source and requires a lot more of it to do the job, so we hope you understand - and the little extra bump in price doesn't affect your enjoyment of what we know is a absolutely delicious dim sum feast!
