Included in the set is a larger portion of Japanese Pickle (Fukujinzuke), and a smaller portion of both the Turmeric Mooli and Korean Mooli Kimchi. The perfect amount for a dim sum meal, perhaps with a little left over.

A pretty exciting addition to the dim sum family. Not quite dim sum. definitely pan Asian, but we find they go absolutely brilliantly with a spread of dim sum and dumplings.
