Another member of our soup dumpling family - and it's so very welcome!
The name "Xiao Long Bao" translates to "small basket bun," referring to the bamboo steamers they are cooked in. But historically, Xiaolongbao is a small bun shaped steamed dumpling, filled with meaty fillings and a juicy flavourful broth.
Today we bring you our newest addition...Crab and pork enveloped in a juicy, soupy, xialongbao skin. 4 in a portion. Completely moreish and steamed to perfection (just by you of course!)

How to Cook:
Crab & Pork Xiaolongbao (4)
Steam on either a small round of greaseproof or a small slice of round carrot to prevent the dumpling from sticking and breaking. Steam for 10-12 mins until piping hot throughout
