Classic Dipping, Sesame Tang, Ginger & Chilli Kicker. Our 3 signature dipping sauces that perfect your dim sum experience. Slaw Tang is the perfect slaw dressing. Grate a carrot, add some cabbage and chilli and drizzle to your hearts content - the perfect palate cleanser between dumplings.

How to Cook:
Your Choice of Dim Sum Set Boxes
All of our set boxes are a mix of steam, boil, fry or over bake. All can be done at home with the help of your new bamboo steamer.
1 x 8" Bamboo Steamer Set
You should wash and fully dry your steamer if possible before first use. If not possible then please do it straight after so it will last longer!
Custard Buns (2)
Steam for 13-15 mins until piping hot throughout.
Sticky Rice / Edamame Beans
Rice: Pierce film several times, heat on full power in microwave for 2 mins. Peel back lid and fluff before serviing. Or stirfry in a pan for 2 mins with a little oil. Edamame: Pop in a bowl of boiling water and leave for 2 mins. Strain and sprinkle with a little salt to enjoy as a starter. Or mix into your carrot, cabbage and Slaw Tang to make a delicious slaw.
