How to Cook:
Char Siu Bun (2)
Steam for 13-15 mins until piping hot throughout
Pork & Chive Dumpling (6)
Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add dumplings and bring back to boil. Boil for 6 mins.
Yakitori Chicken Skewers (4)
Preheat oven to 180°c. Bake for 6 mins until piping hot throughout. Do not overcook. Chicken skewers should be juicy and not blackened on edges.
Vegetable Spring Rolls (5)
Baste with a little oil and then bake for 15 mins in a preheated oven at 180°c
Sticky Rice / Edamame Beans
Rice: Pierce film several times, heat on full power in microwave for 2 mins. Peel back lid and fluff before serviing. Or stirfry in a pan for 2 mins with a little oil. Edamame: Pop in a bowl of boiling water and leave for 2 mins. Strain and sprinkle with a little salt to enjoy as a starter. Or mix into your carrot, cabbage and Slaw Tang to make a delicious slaw.
