Steam Siu Mai for 13-15 mins. Ensure they are piping hot throughout.

Steam for 13-15 mins until piping hot throughout
Crab & Pork Xiaolongbao (4)
Steam on either a small round of greaseproof or a small slice of round carrot to prevent the dumpling from sticking and breaking. Steam for 10-12 mins until piping hot throughout
Spicy Vegetable Dumplings (3)
Steam for 6-8 mins until piping hot. If desired pan fry on one side until crispy
Red Chicken & Chinese Leaf Dumplings (4)
Steam for 6-8 mins, or boil for 6-8 mins in a large pan
Yellow Prawn Dumplings (4)
Prepare a large pan of boiling water, add dumplings & bring back to the boil for 6 mins. Strain and serve.
Sticky Rice / Edamame Beans
Rice: Pierce film several times, heat on full power in microwave for 2 mins. Peel back lid and fluff before serviing. Or stirfry in a pan for 2 mins with a little oil. Edamame: Pop in a bowl of boiling water and leave for 2 mins. Strain and sprinkle with a little salt to enjoy as a starter. Or mix into your carrot, cabbage and Slaw Tang to make a delicious slaw.

How to Cook:
Spicy Chicken Bun (2)
Steam for 13-15 mins until piping hot throughout.
Prawn & Pork Siu Mai (6)
Steam Siu Mai for 13-15 mins. Ensure they are piping hot throughout.
Har Kau (4)
Steam for 13-15 mins until piping hot throughout
Crab & Pork Xiaolongbao (4)
Steam on either a small round of greaseproof or a small slice of round carrot to prevent the dumpling from sticking and breaking. Steam for 10-12 mins until piping hot throughout
Spicy Vegetable Dumplings (3)
Steam for 6-8 mins until piping hot. If desired pan fry on one side until crispy
Red Chicken & Chinese Leaf Dumplings (4)
Steam for 6-8 mins, or boil for 6-8 mins in a large pan
Yellow Prawn Dumplings (4)
Prepare a large pan of boiling water, add dumplings & bring back to the boil for 6 mins. Strain and serve.
Sticky Rice / Edamame Beans
Rice: Pierce film several times, heat on full power in microwave for 2 mins. Peel back lid and fluff before serviing. Or stirfry in a pan for 2 mins with a little oil. Edamame: Pop in a bowl of boiling water and leave for 2 mins. Strain and sprinkle with a little salt to enjoy as a starter. Or mix into your carrot, cabbage and Slaw Tang to make a delicious slaw.
