How to Cook:
Spinach & Mushroom Bun (2)
Steam for 13-15 mins until piping hot throughout.
Vegetable Wonton Soup (serves 2)
Bring a pan of 500ml water to boil. Add half the broth paste & stir well. Add dumplings & simmer for 6 mins. Taste & add more paste if needed. Spoon into bowls to serve.
Mixed Vegetable Japanese Gyozas (4)
Steam gyozas for 6 mins, then fry for 6 mins until crispy on both sides
Shiitake & Mixed Mushroom Gyozas (4)
Steam gyozas for 6 mins, then fry for 6 mins until crispy on both sides
Spicy Tofu & Vegetable Dumplings (4)
Steam for 8-10 mins until piping hot.
Green Vegetable Dumplings (6)
Steam for 6-8 mins until piping hot. If desired pan fry on one side.
Sticky Rice / Edamame Beans
Rice: Pierce film several times, heat on full power in microwave for 2 mins. Peel back lid and fluff before serviing. Or stirfry in a pan for 2 mins with a little oil. Edamame: Pop in a bowl of boiling water and leave for 2 mins. Strain and sprinkle with a little salt to enjoy as a starter. Or mix into your carrot, cabbage and Slaw Tang to make a delicious slaw.
